About Us

We are a husband-and-wife team who started our property management business in 2016. Our fist entry into property management was converting our home to a single-family rental when we moved into a new house. After three successful years managing a single-family residence we decided to sell and reinvest in vacation property to enjoy with our family while renting out part time to help with expenses.

We purchased two properties – a four bedroom condo on a lake and golf course along with nearby acreage to start a self-storage business. We have since launched our storage business, added a second condo to our portfolio, and started taking on additional vacation properties to manage.

Our combined 70+ years of experience taking vacations to places like Eagle River, Minocqua, Door County, central Wisconsin, and north-western Wisconsin provides unique insights into each market and offer a more personalized service compared to larger property management companies. We enjoy sharing our knowledge with others and helping you maximize your properties potential without having to worry about the day-to-day management.
